This quality, urban renewal residential development consisting of four levels: two penthouses, eight apartments and secure parking and amenities.

This project was a challenge to complete to a high standard of finish with a compressed construction period requiring 7 day a week operation to complete the second fix of electrical, data, phone and TV services on time.

ICE Electrical committed all available resources to ensure this project was its third consecutive successful project following on from the Waterfront Hotel and Puke Ariki project previously completed just down the road.
