Joe’s Garage in New Plymouth is a spacious, modern and luxurious Café with a conference room which doubles as a multiple function facility.

Renovation of this corner site was a challenge for the ICE Electrical Solutions team with so much history in a building that has seen years of wiring alterations and modifications by previous tenants.

Modification of the existing 250 Amp Main Switch Board to accommodate the new tenancy whilst keeping the adjacent bar operational was completed sucessfully through methodical planning and vast industry experience to plan ahead of time.

Installation of new wiring whilst recovering existing to be reused was standard practice for the ICE team.

Tight deadlines for construction and delivery of materials resulting in dedicated extra hours of work after other trades had left for the day to ensure that yet another project was completed on time.
