An excellent working relationship between ICE Electrical and Clelands Construction was essential with a project of this design level; co-ordination between foreman and subcontractor ensure features such as lighting recessed into masonry block work and timber ceilings is executed at level of professionalism that is increasingly hard to find in an industry with tight time frames and tighter budgets.
